1. What types of vehicles do you store?
We accommodate classic, luxury, performance, race, and collector vehicles. If you are unsure whether your vehicle is suitable, contact us and we can confirm eligibility.
2. What are the environmental conditions inside the facility?
Our facility is climate-controlled and maintained at 14–20°C and 40–60% relative humidity - optimal for long-term vehicle preservation. Temperature and humidity sensors are located throughout the space, and optional real-time monitoring access is available upon request.
3. Is my vehicle stored on bare concrete?
No. All vehicles rest on protective tire mats to prevent direct contact with concrete. If you opt for tire cradles (to prevent flat-spotting during long-term storage), the mats are still used underneath as standard.
4. Do I need to clean the car before storage?
Yes. All vehicles must be in a clean and dry condition before entering the facility. This ensures the environment remains dust- and moisture-controlled. If your vehicle is not clean at the time of pickup, you can avail of one of our professional cleaning services.
5. Can you collect and return my vehicle?
Yes. We offer nationwide collection and return using our enclosed transporter. This service costs €400 per collection or return. You’ll be able to schedule pickup and drop-off using a booking confirmation during the booking process.
6. Can I access my car while it’s in storage?
Yes. Standard access is available with 24 hours notice, 7 days a week. For urgent access, we offer an expedited retrieval option (<2h notice).
7. Can I store tools, tyres, or other equipment?
Yes and No. To ensure a clean, safe, and insurable storage environment, we do not allow the storage of loose items, fuel containers, or non-vehicle equipment in our main storage facility. However, we can arrange tyre fitting, fuel top up and other general preparation prior to collection or delivery of your vehicle.
8. Is the facility secure?
Yes. Security includes continuously monitored CCTV, controlled access points, intrusion alarms, and fire detection systems. If you want extra visibility, a private live camera feed dedicated to your bay is available as an add-on.
9. Do you perform any maintenance while stored?
Yes. Premium and Classic include trickle charging. You can also select optional services such as tire cradles, care package checks, and dedicated CCTV access.
10. Can I change plan or remove my car early?
Yes. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, whether monthly or annual. Annual plans are prepaid and benefit from preferred long term pricing. If you cancel and later wish to return, storage is subject to availability at that time.
While these terms form the basis of our agreement, we understand that exceptional circumstances can arise and we will always make reasonable efforts to be flexible where possible.
11. Is my vehicle insured while in storage, and can I cancel my own policy?
Yes. During the period your vehicle is with Superstored, it falls under our facility insurance in line with your agreement. Many owners also choose to take the car off the road for tax purposes and to pause their own motor insurance while it is stored—please confirm the arrangement that applies to you when you book.
12. Can I book and pay online?
Yes. Choose your storage plan and optional extras online. Your card is securely verified at booking, with no charge applied until your reservation is personally confirmed and collection or drop off is arranged.
Payments are processed securely online once confirmed.
13. Do I need to supply keys?
Yes. A working set of keys is required for each stored vehicle. This ensures we can move a vehicle promptly in a safety-related situation or access neighbouring bays when required, with handling kept to a minimum and only when necessary.
14. Where are keys kept—are they stored at the facility?
No. Keys are held off-site and are not left unattended within the storage building. If you require a key handover or exchange, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can arrange it securely. Leaving a spare set in advance can make collections and access arrangements faster.
15. How is the site secured?
The site uses a layered security model: on-site staffing, fenced perimeter controls with dual-gate entry, actively monitored CCTV, and remotely monitored intruder alarms across warehouse and external areas. We do not disclose full operational detail publicly, but every measure is designed to protect vehicles while parked and during site movements.
