• Availability, vehicle suitability, package selection, and access arrangements remain subject to review and confirmation.
• Superstored may refuse or decline a reservation where capacity, eligibility, operational, security, insurance, or legal considerations require it.

Payments

The website states that your card may be securely verified during booking and that no charge is applied until your reservation is personally confirmed and collection or drop-off is arranged.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or a Stripe-connected payment flow. You are responsible for providing accurate billing details and for ensuring you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

If a payment fails, is declined, or is not completed, Superstored may delay, suspend, or cancel the reservation until payment requirements are satisfied.

Pricing and Packages

Pricing, package features, annual savings, included transport allowances, and optional extras are shown on the website for guidance and may be updated from time to time. Final pricing and service scope are those confirmed at the time of acceptance.

Vehicle Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about the vehicle and any relevant handling, storage, or access requirements.
• Vehicles must comply with intake requirements communicated by Superstored, including cleanliness and condition expectations.
• You remain responsible for the legality of the vehicle, keys, access authority, and any items delivered with it.
• You must not store prohibited, dangerous, unlawful, or undeclared items with the vehicle.

Insurance

As stated on the website, all vehicles must remain appropriately insured while in storage, whether under a comprehensive or suitable laid-up policy. Insurance remains the responsibility of the vehicle owner unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Access, Collection, and Return

Vehicle access, retrieval, collection, and return are subject to scheduling, notice requirements, package terms, operational constraints, and security procedures. Superstored may require identity verification or additional instructions before releasing or transporting a vehicle.

Optional Services

Cancellations and Changes

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law. Intellectual Property
